{"id":238,"date":"2009-05-19T12:27:49","date_gmt":"2009-05-19T20:27:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rides.actc.org\/?p=238"},"modified":"2009-05-19T19:20:30","modified_gmt":"2009-05-20T03:20:30","slug":"laguna-seca-raceway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.rides.actc.org\/?p=238","title":{"rendered":"Cycling at Laguna-Seca Raceway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>By Brian Birkeland<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I stumbled upon a short article in the Salinas Californian newspaper that Mazda Laguna-Seca Raceway has started a Twighlight Cycling Series on the track and that for a $10 entry fee anyone can ride their bike on the 2.2mile track.<\/p>\n<p>So I showed up on Friday May 15th from 6:30 &#8211; 7:30pm. Rode hard and managed to complete 6 full laps in one hour with a 15mph average.
